Pwede rin yang gawing 5 dahil sa cholesterol at coffee. Seriously, I have to rethink my eating habits. My tummy's bigger, my cheeks are flabbier and my arms are thunderous. I don't even want to think about what harm my "diet" is doing to me internally. The repercussions will just show itself later on and yet again, I'm scared. Its time for change. Poco a poco, se va lejos.

My Advent Recollection earlier did me good. With limited time and energy, you can only pray for so number of people and you realize, they are the ones really important to you. Also, talking to the priest gave me a new perspective: there is no such thing as caring too much, just caring in the wrong way. He reminded me of things that needed remembering. This is a good way of anticipating Chirstmas. :)
