Chilly winds and starry nights
Decorated trees and pretty lights
These are some of the things
That the Christmas season brings

But with this seasons came
A strong urge for me to proclaim
A deep sense of gratitude
To the people I have deeply valued

To the man who have provided me
With unending love and safety
He who showed me right from wrong
Taught me to always be strong

Also, to the lady who bore the pain
So that my life I can obtain
She who never ceases to care and nurture
Making this world a whole lot better

Thanks to my Mom and Dad
Being their daughter, I’m so glad
Because of them, I’m one of the few
Who in a beautiful home grew

Saying “thank you” is insufficient
You’ve loved me since I was an infant
I will always be in your debt
And that I will never forget

I’ll take care of you when your hair turns gray
This is somehow a way to repay
Everything you’ve done for me
So that a bright future I can see

You two are great manifestations of love
A true gift from the one above
You’re the best one can wish for
The ones I’ll forever love and adore
